Hire coordination, scheduling & site requirements
The Operations Team coordinates every hire from first enquiry to off-hire, delivery windows, site requirements, inductions and pickups.
What the team does
Before a machine is dispatched the team confirms the site contact, the access route, any induction or shopping-centre requirements and where the truck can safely unload. The advice articles about delivery planning and site checks are written from that daily routine, not from theory.

A machine that arrives but cannot reach the work area still costs a day, these checks exist to stop that.
