What Kay does
The guides cover what customers actually ask before hiring: which machine fits the job, whether it fits through the gate, what the ground will take, and how delivery works. Safety and licensing information is checked against manufacturer manuals and SafeWork NSW guidance, and reviewed separately before publication.
The four questions Kay asks before recommending a machine
- Required working height, the highest point of the actual work, not the ceiling
- Access width, every gate, doorway and corridor on the way in
- Ground conditions, slab, asphalt, gravel or soft ground
- Delivery access, where the truck can safely unload
Those four answers prevent most hiring mistakes before a machine leaves the yard.
