Every hire ends with a machine on a truck. This guide explains how delivery is planned and priced from our Berkshire Park depot, what we check before booking the run and how to avoid the mistakes that stall a delivery.
How does delivery work?
We deliver from Berkshire Park with our own transport, confirm the site access before the run, unload at the agreed point and hand over the machine. Collection at off-hire works the same in reverse.
What decides the delivery price?
Distance from the depot, the machine size and the site access. We quote the machine and transport together for your exact suburb, so you compare complete prices rather than a machine rate with a surprise on top.
What do you check before delivering?
Entry width, overhead clearance on the route in, the ground surface and where the machine will sit. A two minute description of the site with your enquiry usually covers all of it.
Can I pick the machine up myself?
Trailer-eligible machines can be collected from the depot by approved customers with a suitable vehicle and trailer rating. Tell us what you drive and we will confirm whether pickup suits the machine you want.
How should I prepare the site?
Clear the drop point, unlock gates, and know where power is if the machine charges overnight. If the machine must cross landscaping or soft ground, tell us first so we send one that can.
How does off-hire collection work?
Call or email when the job is done, park the machine at the agreed point with the keys as instructed, and we schedule the pickup. Charges stop according to your hire terms, not when the truck arrives.
Do you deliver to rural properties?
Yes, the Hawkesbury and rural north west are our home ground. Long driveways, gates and unsealed surfaces are normal for us; we just need to know about them before the truck leaves.
What if the machine cannot fit my access?
Tell us the tightest measurement and we will match a narrower or tracked machine instead. That conversation before delivery is exactly what the quote process is for.
