The Workshop Team keeps the fleet serviced, inspected and ready — every machine is checked before it goes out.

What the team does
Servicing follows each manufacturer's maintenance schedule from the manuals kept on file for every machine in the fleet. Batteries, chargers, controls and safety functions are checked before delivery, and machines returning from hire are inspected before they are offered again.
Every machine, before it leaves the yard
- Function and controls test at height
- Battery, charger or fuel system check
- Safety devices and emergency lowering
- Tyres, tracks and structural inspection
If a machine does not pass, it does not go out — a late swap beats a breakdown on site.
Safety interests
Emergency lowering procedures, charging safety and honest fault reporting from hirers.
