Quiet, fume-free, fits standard double doorways, charges overnight from a normal outlet. From $80 per day when hired for a week or longer. Trade-off: slab only. Best for high-bay warehouses: 40ft electric
The LGMG S1212EII reaches modern logistics-shed ceilings on clean power. Trade-off: weight — floor loading needs confirming, and it won’t fit a standard door.
Best for outdoor construction: 32ft diesel rough terrain
The LGMG SR1018RD: 4WD, big deck, all-day diesel runtime. Trade-off: outdoor only, and overkill for anything with a slab.
Best problem-solver: tracked electric scissors
The quiet achievers of the fleet. 19ft and 22ft tracked electrics cross lawns, pavers, gravel and tight gates, then work indoors on the same charge. If the path to the work is the problem, this is the answer. (The 22ft LGMG SC0610EL-2 is electric — worth repeating because it’s so often assumed diesel.)
Best for up-and-over: 34ft knuckle boom
The LGMG AR11J reaches over awnings, parapets and plant. Trade-off: smaller basket, higher cost, licence requirements over 11m — if you can park under the work, hire a scissor instead.
Best money-saver: the plant trailer
